Brother Sam

Sam ”Brother Sam“ Terry brings years of broadcast experience to WNOO. Born and raised in Illinois, ”Brother Sam“ served honorably in the United States Army before following the path that has led him into 30-plus years in broadcasting. ”Brother Sam“ is well known for his thought-provoking commentary on Community Awareness, heard Monday – Friday at 2pm, and his old school blues show, Sam T and the Fam, which is part of the Heritage Saturday lineup.“

”Brother Sam“ is the Program Director and Operations Manager for WNOO and enjoys spending time with his beautiful Sharon.

Sister Willie

Sister Willie McClendon, the ”Godmother of Gospel“, is a native Chattanooga. She is host of the Mid–Day Inspirations Monday-Friday from 10am – 2pm, and co–host of Chatt Time with ”Sister M“.

Sister Willie, an inductee in the Broadcaster’s Hall of Fame, is very active in her church – serving as Chairman of the Board and Choir Director – and community, where she participates as advisor to the City Municipal Auditorium, and the Tivoli Theater. Sister Willie’s life revolves around gospel music because she feels it is important that our lives reflect the One we represent.

Sister M

Maronica ”Sister M“ Tibbs has been with WNOO since 2004 and is the local host of the Steve Harvey Morning Show, and co–hosts Chatt Time, daily, with Sister Willie. A proud Chattanoogan and Brainerd High alum, ”Sister M“ is the wife of Pastor Melvin Tibbs, Sr. and mother of two sons; Mateo and Manuel.

”Sister M“ said, ”Working for Clear Media has been very rewarding. I’ve learned a lot, technically, from Mr. Lee Clear and administratively from the late Mrs. Jeanette Clear (RIH).“
